Catnip-Only Diet Has Few Side Effects

One kitty’s experiment to eat nothing but catnip for three months has proven valuable to researchers.

“Anastasia is not as tripped out as we assumed,” says Meghan Flores, a feline nutritionist who kept detailed records of the cat’s diet. “She’s pretty wired, don’t get me wrong. And she’s certainly lost weight. But all things considered, I’d say she really enjoyed the experiment.”
